Open roles

Six open roles.

All six roles are full-time and fully onsite. Open a role for the detail; applying takes a résumé and a few sentences.

What you’ll do

  • Accelerate customer pilots: stand up secure environments, wire data connectors, and iterate to production-ready value in weeks.
  • Build AI-natively: agentic IDEs, coding agents and LLMs are the primary toolchain here — from scaffolding a new connector to refactoring customer-specific logic under time pressure.
  • Build end-to-end features: React/TypeScript UI, Python/Node micro-services, APIs and event-driven data flows.
  • Architect for scale and security: design multi-tenant SaaS on cloud, integrate vector DBs and LLM orchestration, and enforce best-practice security and privacy controls.
  • Own DevOps: automate CI/CD, testing, monitoring, IaC and high-availability deployments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: translate product concepts and customer pain points into clear technical roadmaps and pragmatic sprints.

What you bring

  • 5–10 years shipping production SaaS or enterprise software; comfortable owning green-field architecture.
  • Fluent, daily use of agentic IDEs and coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar), and sound judgment about where to trust their output.
  • Hands-on success with enterprise integrations (IdP/SAML/OIDC, ITSM, ERP, CMDB, ticketing, data warehouses).
  • Mastery of modern front-end (React/Next, TypeScript) and back-end (Python/Node/Go, micro-services) stacks.
  • Proven experience integrating Gen-AI / LLM pipelines (OpenAI, LangChain, vector stores) into real products.
  • Deep fluency in cloud-native design on AWS, including security hardening, observability and cost optimization.
  • Startup mindset: bias to action, comfort with uncertainty, obsessive about shipping value fast.
Takes about two minutes.

What you’ll do

  • Work with customer stakeholders to gather and structure requirements across their application, data and integration landscape.
  • Define the target solution and integration architecture, and document the decisions and trade-offs behind it.
  • Translate that architecture into a deployment plan the engineering team can execute against.
  • Review deployments against the agreed objectives at a high level, and adjust the architecture as real-world constraints emerge.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise architects and IT leadership through the engagement.

What you bring

  • 10+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture or large-scale systems integration.
  • Depth in enterprise integration patterns and the systems Axiarete connects to: ITSM, ERP, CMDB, ticketing, cloud platforms and data warehouses.
  • Experience defining a target-state architecture for an enterprise customer and seeing it through to deployment.
  • Able to hold technical discussions with engineers and translate the same material into business impact for executive audiences.
  • Thrive in high-context, high-velocity environments.
Takes about two minutes.

What you’ll do

  • Build end-to-end features: React/TypeScript UI, Python/Node micro-services, APIs and event-driven data flows.
  • Build AI-natively: use agentic IDEs, coding agents and LLMs as the default way you write, review and refactor code across the stack.
  • Architect for scale and security: design multi-tenant SaaS on cloud, integrate vector DBs and LLM orchestration, and enforce best-practice security and privacy controls.
  • Own DevOps: automate CI/CD, testing, monitoring, IaC and high-availability deployments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: turn product concepts and customer pain points into clear technical roadmaps and pragmatic sprints.
  • Mentor and elevate: document decisions, establish code quality guidelines, and coach future teammates as the company scales.

What you bring

  • 5–10 years shipping production SaaS or enterprise software; comfortable owning green-field architecture.
  • Fluent, daily use of agentic IDEs and coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar), with a clear sense of what to delegate and what to write yourself.
  • Mastery of modern front-end (React/Next, TypeScript) and back-end (Python/Node/Go, micro-services) stacks.
  • Proven experience integrating Gen-AI / LLM pipelines (OpenAI, LangChain, vector stores) into real products.
  • Deep fluency in cloud-native design on AWS, including security hardening, observability and cost optimization.
  • Hands-on success with enterprise integrations (IdP/SAML/OIDC, ITSM, ERP, CMDB, ticketing, data warehouses).
  • Startup mindset: bias to action, comfort with uncertainty, obsessive about shipping value fast.
  • People-centric leader who has managed or technically led small teams and enjoys rolling up sleeves as an individual contributor.
Takes about two minutes.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build and scale intelligent multi-agent systems that can autonomously perform complex reasoning, analysis and decision-support tasks.
  • Build AI-natively: use agentic IDEs, coding agents and LLMs as your primary toolchain to prototype, evaluate and ship agent behavior far faster than hand-written iteration allows.
  • Architect and optimize AI workflows that combine LLMs, tools and retrieval mechanisms into reliable, explainable and repeatable outcomes.
  • Develop evaluation and control frameworks to ensure agent accuracy, traceability and performance in dynamic enterprise settings.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer teams to translate business problems into scalable AI capabilities.
  • Continuously refine agent behavior and orchestration through experimentation, system-level tuning and real-world feedback.

What you bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in applied AI, machine learning or software systems engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agentic architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
  • Beyond building with those frameworks, fluent daily use of agentic IDEs and coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar) in your own workflow.
  • Strong software fundamentals in Python, APIs and data handling — you can design systems, not just models.
  • Deep curiosity about how AI can simulate reasoning, collaboration and autonomy within real business ecosystems.
  • Thrive in high-context, high-velocity environments where your work shapes the core intelligence of the company.
Takes about two minutes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead customer engagements from discovery to realization of value.
  • Translate complex application landscapes into actionable insight and clarity.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive portfolio transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Feed customer insights back into Axiarete’s product evolution and roadmap.

What you bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation or technology delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, client-leadership and executive-communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions with architects and engineers related to cloud environments, data ingestion and system integrations, with the ability to translate technical detail into business impact for executive audiences.
  • Experienced partnering closely with engineering teams during implementations, validating technical assumptions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data quality and platform readiness for end users.
  • A strong strategy and value-realization mindset, with the ability to synthesize platform insights into clear recommendations, business cases and executive narratives that drive measurable client outcomes.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-context environments where your work drives visible impact.
Takes about two minutes.

What you’ll do

  • Partner directly with the Executive Team on strategic initiatives, board and investor communications, and company-wide priorities.
  • Drive execution across high-impact projects spanning product, go-to-market, partnerships and customer success.
  • Build organizational rhythm, ensuring clarity, alignment and speed across a rapidly scaling company.
  • Anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked; connect dots across teams, data and decisions.
  • Lead special projects that advance Axiarete’s growth, including market intelligence, fundraising readiness and operational excellence.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, venture, product strategy or operations.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and execution skills — you think in systems and act with precision.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity about enterprise software, AI and business architecture.
  • Thrive in high-context, high-velocity environments; you bring clarity where others see complexity.
  • Energized by the chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a visionary founder team shaping a category-defining company.
Takes about two minutes.
